What is User/Labour Management module for?

The main purpose of the User/Labour Management module is to set up all the user/labour that requires to log in to the system to ensure the building upkeep. It also does allow the facility manager to keep a register of the tenant records in the system that can be useful for the raising of work order that is chargeable and also assist their tenants to keep track of relevant licenses and certificates renewal.

User

User creation and the control of access rights are usually done by the administrator. He/She can create the various users and assign their roles, type of services that they will be involved in and set up their system login credentials.

Crafts are usually created either by the administrator or the facility manager. Crafts are a list of the skillsets that will be required to maintain the building upkeep which each of the craft will correspond to the hourly rate.

Tenant

The facility Manager will input the tenants’ information for easy retrieval during their operation such as raising service requests or work orders related to the tenant. It also allows the facility manager to input any licenses/ certificates of the tenant in the system and set reminders email alert to oneself. Thus, the facility manager will be able to provide add-on service to remind their tenants to do respective licenses/ certificates renewal if necessary.
