Generating User Report

How to generate a user report?

User Report will show the list of users in the chosen location. It will show all the information regarding the user such as their name, code, contact information and so on.

To generate a user report

1. Select User under Report from the Menu.
2. Select the location that you wish to search for.
3. Click on the Search button.

4. A new tab will appear that contains the user report based on the search criteria.
5. The report will entail the following:
   • Name
   • Login Name
   • Address
   • City
   • State
   • Postal Code
   • Country
   • Email
   • Mobile No.
   • Phone
   • Fax
   • Description
   • Language
   • Craft
   • Maximum Approval
