What is the Location/ Asset Management module for?

The main purpose of the Location/ Asset Management module is to set up the locations and assets for the facility team to carry out maintenance and corrective work to maintain the upkeep of the building.

Area Types & Property

Area types allow one to create the different facilities category such as commercial buildings, residential buildings and so on. It does allow one to add as many sub-categories that helps in differentiating the areas in the buildings such as by creating levels, toilets and so on.

The property allows one to create multiple organisations and properties and their sub-areas that they are managing with information that is tied to them such as location, building owner, building trust, building management and so on.

Asset Types

Facility management involves the upkeep of many different types of assets in the buildings. The asset types allow the facility manager to create the asset group and sub-groups to differentiate the various asset types such as ACMV, Pumps and so on. It allows one to create different types of Pumps in the building such as booster pumps, transfer pumps and so on.
