How to generate an inventory lead time report?

Inventory Lead Time Report will offer information on the amount of time between when a purchase order is placed to replenish products and when the order is received in the warehouse. This report is useful for the procurement team to manage the ordering and check-in of goods. It will also be useful to the facility manager to do work arrangements for any work orders that is pending for parts to arrive.

To generate an inventory lead time report

  1. Select Inventory Lead Time Report under Inventory Report from the Menu.
  2. Select the location that you wish to search the check-in history report for.
  3. Select the Store and date range to filter the list of results.
  4. Click on the Search button.

  1. A new tab will appear that contains the check-in history report based on the store and date range selected.
  2. The report will entail the following:
    • Store Name – Name of the store where the inventory items are being located at.
    • Stock Code – The inventory stock code number that is being check-in.
    • AssetType – The inventory item name that is being check-in.
    • SupplierName – The supplier that supplies the inventory item that will be registered in the PR and PO.
    • PR Creation – The date and time of the Purchase Requisition is created that is associated with this inventory purchase.
    • PO Creation – The date and time of the Purchase Order is created that is associated with this inventory purchase.
    • Checkin Date/Time – The date and time that the inventory items are check-in into the store.
    • Lead Time – The difference of the time between the check-in date/time with the PO created date/time.
