Generating Inventory Report

How to generate an inventory report?

Inventory Report will list out all the inventory information that is being check-in into the store. This report is useful for both the procurement department and the facility manager.

To generate an inventory report

  1. Select Inventory under Inventory Reports from the Menu.
  2. Select the location that you wish to search the check-in history report for.
  3. Select the Store.
  4. Click on the Search button.

  1. A new tab will appear that contains the costs of stock report based on the store selected.
  2. The report will entail the following:
    • StoreName – The store that holds all the inventory items.
    • Catalog Group – The inventory category that the item belongs to.
    • Catalog Item – The inventory item name that is being check-in.
    • Description – The inventory item description that is being check-in.
    • Model – The inventory model or brand of the item being check-in.
    • Total Quantity On Hand – The total count of the inventory item that the store contains at the current moment.
    • Stock Code – The inventory stock code number that is being check-in.
    • Total Checkin Quantity – The total count of inventory items being check-in into the store.
    • Total Available Balance – The total count of inventory items that are available for usage.
    • CostingType – The chosen costing method for this inventory is in order to determine the cost for financial purposes.
    • ReorderThresholdQuantity – The minimum quantity that the store should contain. If fall below, the item will need to be replenished.
