Generating Area Report

How to generate area report?

Area Report will show the list of areas in the location chosen with its metadata such as gross floor area, area type, address and so on.

To generate an area report

1. Select Area under Report from the Menu.
2. Select the location that you wish to search for.
3. Click on the Search button.

4. A new tab will appear that contains the area report based on the search criteria.
5. The report will entail the following:
   • Area
   • AreaType
   • Organisation
   • Work order prefix
   • Construction Date
   • Life Span
   • Construction Type
   • GFA
   • Condition
   • Replacement Cost
   • Historical Cost
   • Status
   • Address 1
   • Address 2
   • City
   • State
   • PostalCode
   • Country
   • Phone
   • Fax
   • IsDeleted
   • AreaZoning
